About Christians Online

ChristiansOnline.com.au is an effort to bring together not only churches in Australia, but more importantly Christian people. We hope and pray that working together as an online Christian Community will help us all to reach out to Christians, as well as non-Christians and spread the word of God.

The web site was launched on 1 September 2001 after much thought and development by an excellent web development team. It is currently funded by a company called Alkemi International Pty Ltd, an internet marketing company in Melbourne, Australia.

Alkemi International Pty Ltd built Christians Online in an effort to create a central location for all Christians, regardless of their denomination, to communicate and meet each other online. Christians Online provides the functionality enabling communication, and our membership base provides the content.

As well as setting up this web site, Alkemi International Pty Ltd also provide all our online marketing, in order to create a greater online presence for the Christian community in Australia.

The owner of Alkemi International Pty Ltd, Nathan Stewart, is the Project Manager and Internet Marketer for Christians Online. I am the Christians Online Editor, in charge of approving all content on the web site and interacting with all our members.

We have been able to call on our resources available to ensure the success of this Christian site thus far. To date, Alkemi International Pty Ltd have funded the project entirely out of their own pocket.
