How do I become a member of Christians Online?

Simply go to www.christiansonline.com.au and click on the 'Become a member' button located in the top right corner of the home page (in the green section). Follow the prompts and you will have instant access to all the sections of Christians Online.

How do I know if I am logged into www.christiansonline.com.au successfully?

Once you have logged in successfully, you will notice the green bar in the top right corner states 'You are currently logged in as ~ (your username will be displayed)'.

How do I edit my member details?

To edit your member details, simply log in using your Log In name and password. Following this, click on 'Edit Member Details' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section Christian Community.

What can I do if I forget or misplace my login or password?

If you have forgotten or misplaced your login details, then go to our automated password request service to retrieve them.

How do I remove myself from the newsletter mailing list?

Simply log in using your Log In name and password. Following this, click on 'Edit Member Details' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section Christian Community. Where it states 'I would like to be on the mail list', click on No.

How do I delete my membership?

Simply email us your Username (or first name and surname), your Log In name and password (if known). Email to info@christiansonline.com.au.

Where do I edit my date-of-birth, gender or email address?

These details can be edited in the member details section. To do this, log in using your Log In name and password. Following this, click on 'Edit Member Details' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section Christian Community. Change the details you wish to amend a click on 'Save Profile'.

Please Note: If changing your email address, you must change it where it states 'email' and 'verify email'.

I am having technical difficulties using the web site, what should I do?

Firstly, please browse through our FAQ's to make sure your problem is not addressed there. If it is not, please email techsupport@christiansonline.com.au with the details of your problem. If your screen is displaying an error message, please copy and paste the message into the email to enable us to fix the problem.

How do I list a Christian Event on the web site?

Log in using your Login name and Password. Click on 'List an Event' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section Events. Add the details of the event and click on 'List Event'. Following submission, the event will be approved by Christians Online and listed with 24 hours.

How do I post an Article on the web site?

Log in using your Login name and Password. Click on 'Post an Article' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section News & Articles. Add your article and click on 'Submit Article'. Following submission, the article will be approved by Christians Online and listed with 48 hours.

How do I list Christian Accommodation on the web site?

Are you looking for Christian accommodation or do you have some accommodation available? If so, please list it with us (free of charge). Your listing will stay on the web site for approximately 8 weeks, unless you request your listing to be deleted earlier than this.

Log in using your Login name and Password. Click on 'Post an Article' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section News & Articles. Under the Category section, select 'Christian Accommodation'. Add your accommodation offer and click on 'Submit Article'. Following submission, the accommodation offer will be approved by Christians Online and listed with 48 hours.

How do I list my Christian Testimonial on the web site?

We invite you to share your Testimonial with our readers, so both Christians and non-Christians alike can hear your story of how you became a Christian.

Log in using your Login name and Password. Click on 'Post an Article' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section News & Articles. Under the Category section, select 'Christian Testimonial'. Add your tesimonial and click on 'Submit Article'. Following submission, the testimonial will be approved by Christians Online and listed with 48 hours.

How do I list my Church on the web site?

Log in using your Login name and Password. Click on 'Make a Listing' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section Christian Directory. Under the Category section, select 'Church' and simply follow the prompts to complete the details. Once completed, please click on 'Register this Church'. Following submission, your Church listing will be approved by Christians Online and listed with 48 hours.

Please Note: Where it states "Listing Type', please select 'Bronze'.

How do I list my Christian Business on the web site?

Log in using your Login name and Password. Click on 'Make a Listing' located in the left navigation bar under the sub-section Christian Directory. Under the Category section, select 'Business' and simply follow the prompts to complete the details. Once completed, please click on 'Register this Business'. Following submission, your Christian Business listing will be approved by Christians Online and listed with 48 hours.

Please Note: Where it states "Listing Type', please select 'Bronze'.

How can I advertise on the Christians Online web site?

To add a banner/image link to our Links page, there is a fee of AUS$150.00 per year (inc. GST), which helps cover the cost of running the web site. If you are interested in placing a link please e-mail advertising@christiansonline.com.au.
